Privacy Policy

In short: we collect only what we need in order to answer your enquiry, we never sell it, this site sets no tracking or advertising cookies of its own, and we delete your details if you ask us to.

Who this policy comes from

Kings Estate Advisor is a family-run firm working in Rawalpindi, Islamabad and the surrounding areas since 1998. We deal in property, we do town planning work, and we build.

This policy explains what happens to the personal details you give us through this website — mainly through the enquiry form — and how you can ask us to correct or delete them. Our office address and contact details are at the end of this page.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through this website, we collect what the form asks for:

  • Your name.
  • Your phone number, and your WhatsApp number if it is a different one.
  • Your email address.
  • Your country of residence, so that we call you at a sensible hour if you live abroad.
  • What you need: whether you want to buy, sell, rent, put a property on rent, plan a layout, build or take advice — along with the area, property type, size in marla or kanal, number of bedrooms, budget and timeline, if you choose to tell us.
  • How you would like us to reach you, and the time of day that suits you best.
  • Anything else you write in the message box.

This website never asks for your CNIC number, passport, bank account or payment details, and you should not send them through the form. When you formally engage us, documents such as a fard, transfer or mutation papers and a power of attorney are handled at our office, not through this site.

Our web host and the form provider also record ordinary technical information, such as the IP address the message was sent from and the type of browser used, as part of delivering the page and the message. We do not use that information to build a profile of you.

Three small details are added to the form automatically when you send it: which page of this website you sent it from, the full web address of that page, and whether you were reading the site in English or Urdu. They tell us which language to reply in and which page raised your question. They say nothing about you personally and they are never used for advertising.

Why we collect it

For one purpose: to answer your enquiry and to carry out the work you asked about. In practice that means:

  • Calling, messaging or emailing you back.
  • Shortlisting properties, arranging a viewing, or preparing a valuation.
  • Preparing a construction estimate, or discussing a layout, subdivision or approval matter.
  • Keeping a written record of what you asked for, so you never have to repeat yourself when we speak again.

We do not use your details for anything you did not contact us about, and we do not send bulk marketing messages to people who have not asked for them.

How your enquiry reaches us

The enquiry form on this website is handled by Formspree, a third-party form provider. When you press send, Formspree receives the contents of the form on its servers and then delivers them to our own inbox as an email.

So your details pass through Formspree’s systems and through our email provider’s systems, and are stored there in the same way any email is stored. Both are outside our direct control and both operate under their own privacy terms.

If the form cannot reach Formspree, we offer you a button that sends the same details to us as a WhatsApp message instead, so your enquiry is not lost. That button only works if you tap it. If you do, the details you typed travel through WhatsApp and are covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms as well as this policy.

If you would rather not use the form at all, call us or send a WhatsApp message instead. You will get the same answer from the same person.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we are working with you, and for up to twenty-four months after your last contact, in case you come back to us about the same property or the same plot.

Where an enquiry becomes a completed transaction or a construction contract, the related records are kept for longer, because tax, accounting and property records in Pakistan have to be retained.

You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, trade or pass your personal details to any other business for its own marketing. We do not sell contact lists to other dealers, developers or agencies, and we do not buy them either. If you hear from someone else after contacting us, it did not come from us.

Who else may see your details

Only the people who need to:

  • Asim Nazir, who handles every enquiry himself.
  • Formspree and our email provider, as described above, because that is how the message reaches us — and WhatsApp, if the form cannot get through and you choose to send the same details on WhatsApp instead.
  • Third parties you ask us to deal with on your behalf — for example a lawyer, a society or development authority office, a registry or patwari office, a bank, or a surveyor. We pass on only what that step needs.
  • A court, a regulator or a government department, where the law requires it of us.

Nobody else.

Cookies and what is stored in your browser

This website sets no advertising cookies, no tracking cookies and no analytics or social-media pixels of its own. We do not profile you, and we use nothing on this site to follow you around the internet.

The only thing this site stores on your device is the language you are reading in. It is saved in your browser’s local storage under the name kea-lang — written the first time you open a page here, and updated whenever you switch between English and Urdu — so the site opens in the same language next time. It holds nothing but the word en or ur: no name, no number and nothing that identifies you. Clearing your browsing data removes it, and the site works perfectly well without it.

The typefaces used on this site are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those font files directly from Google’s servers, which means Google receives that request and the IP address it came from. We send Google nothing about you.

The contact page shows a Google map of our office. That map is loaded from Google, and Google may set its own cookies in your browser when it loads. We do not control those cookies, we receive nothing from them, and no other page on this site loads a map.

WhatsApp, phone calls and email

If you contact us on WhatsApp, the message travels through WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy, not ours. On our side we treat a WhatsApp conversation exactly like an email enquiry and keep it for the same period.

We do not record phone calls.

How to see, correct or delete your details

Write to us and we will act on it. Email us at: kingsestate7@gmail.com

Please mention the name and the phone number or email address you used, so that we can find the right enquiry. We will tell you what we hold, correct anything that is wrong, and delete it within thirty days — unless we are required to keep a record for legal or accounting reasons, in which case we will tell you exactly what is being kept and why.

You can also ask us at any time to stop contacting you. Say so once and we stop.

Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable care. Enquiries are read only by Asim Nazir, and office devices are password protected. No website, inbox or messaging app can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send copies of identity documents, bank details or payment screenshots by email unless we have agreed it with you first.

We will never ask you by email or SMS to transfer money into a personal account. If a message like that arrives in our name, call our office number and check before you do anything at all.

Changes to this policy

If the way we handle enquiries changes, we will update this page and change the date at the top of it. The version published here is the one that applies.
